VE NEVER REGRETTED

I use both desktop and mobile banking services, though the mobile banking is very comprehensive now so I do most of my banking on my phone. The new app is very clean and easy to use. Triodos takes security very seriously and I always feel like my money is being protected. All my monthly bills are handled through my Triodos current account and my state pension is paid in there. I have found that Triodos is not available as a payment option in Payit for NatWest and I have had a few online payments have failed and I have had to us another card. I suspect this is more to do with the other parties in each case. I have never regretted moving my banking to Triodos as part of my wider effort to leave a smaller footprint on the planet. An ethical bank that offers all the services I need

I moved to Triodos just over a year ago after nearly 30 years with my high street bank. It is something I had been planning for a while as I was increasingly unhappy with the behaviour of the main banks and the origins of their money. I can manage my Triodos account very easily on my phone, tablet or computer. The screens are easy to read and understand and the security is excellent. They take money laundering and fraud very seriously and I feel that my money is secure and will not be loaned to oppressive countries or unethical companies. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
