Switching for ethics

I decided to leave Barclays after many years because of their poor ethics and support for fossil fuels. Triodos was recommended to me based on their sustainable stance. I have been delighted with the experience. The switch of current accounts was simple and effective. I was kept informed every step of the way. I feel valued as a Triodos customer.

I feel valued as a Triodos customer. When I have an issue I can call a landline and discuss the matter with a customer advisor who is always friendly and helpful. The app and website feel very secure and are both easy to navigate. I also know that I do not have to worry about where the profits are being invested and enjoy reading the newsletters which make me feel part of a community that wants a better future and positive change.
