Triodos Bank is head and shoulders above the rest

I have both a current and savings accounts with Triodos Bank. They are all easy to operate, customer service is excellent if and when I do need to get in touch AND I know that my money is not being used to fund climate-wrecking fossil fuel projects. The current account costs £3 a month which is negligible (price of one cup of coffee) and I'm really happy to know I'm using an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Uniquely strong ethical stance

Good Service and Easy to Use

Customer Services - they always pick up the phone promptly and are most helpful (and patient!) On-line banking is clear and easy to use. I have had an account for several years now, with no problems at all. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

A fantastic provider.

A fantastic provider. Things just work well, and they communicate really well. You know where they are investing their money, and when things change or go wrong (which happens), they communicate better than other banks I've been with. They also aren't arrogant when you speak to them - which my high street bank always were. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

I've been with Triodos for about 10 years, never had...

I've been with Triodos for about 10 years, never had a problem, only called them once and they were very helpful. It's good to know that my money is going to good socially beneficial causes/businesses and that my small monthly fee helps keep the costs down for the more financially vulnerable.
