I've been with Triodos for about 10 years, never had...

I've been with Triodos for about 10 years, never had a problem, only called them once and they were very helpful. It's good to know that my money is going to good socially beneficial causes/businesses and that my small monthly fee helps keep the costs down for the more financially vulnerable. There should be more banks with the ethics of Triodos. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service.

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service. The small monthly fee is far outweighed by the ethical philosophy and actions behind Triodos. The fact that Triodos are so ethically motivated saves me worrying where my money is being invested as I know it will be invested for the benefit of society generally. Just a pity that other banks don't behave in a similar manner. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
