TSP Banking’s business banking service is extremely...

TSP Banking’s business banking service is extremely disappointing. They frequently threaten to freeze customer accounts without valid reasons, seriously disrupting customers' normal operations. This practice causes significant inconvenience and frustration. Such poor service severely damages customer trust and needs immediate improvement. Do not choose TSP – their service is terrible! Bank with massive fees for using everything

Don't join Tsb bank as it charging massive rates for absolutely everything! £6p/m for overdraft usage £5 a day for unplanned overdraft usage if you will keep spending you will be charged £10 a day ! Shocking ! Reviewed on: 6th February 2016

Good in general

TSB offer good online facilities which I most value. More face to face staff would be a bonus when I need to head into a branch. Reviewed on: 21st January 2016

Average

My business account moved over to TSB after the Lloyds sale. It was interesting to see lots of press about how TSB bank was going to be different, but I've seen limited change and while things generally work, this account feels average. Reviewed on: 5th June 2015
