TSB Is the worst bank

Avoid this bank. This bank has terrible customer service. I’ve had unauthorised activity on my account, and I’ve been waiting over 1 and half hours to speak to the fraud department, and while talking to them they just cut the line. This bank doesn’t take their customers seriously and I am in the process of complaining to the FCA. They have rubbish childish service. They shouldn’t be operating Reviewed on: 25th December 2021

bank incompetence

This bank used to be good to do business with but are now completely hopeless, can not even make an appointment to see them , they do not ring you back when they say the will, the worst banking experience I have ever had. Have had to go to another bank Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Business Banking a complete shambles

If I could give less than 1 star I would, since switiching as part of the RBS switch programme my banking has been a disaster. Every day I waste up to 3 hours on the phone trying to unblock my account in order to try and trade. I have left 10 complaints and nobody seems interested. Currently looking for an alternative. Great service and low charges

Do Not Bother to bank with TSB

This bank sent my credit card statements for approximately 6 months to a former address & since then they have been a nightmare to deal with as they applied charges and interest and defaults on my credit file for their negligence! I instructed them to close my account with them over a year ago and to this very day they have failed to comply and I have a second complaint with the Ombudsman due to the above. They have failed to act on the Ombudsman decision awarded in my favour 6 months ago. Be warned and avoid this bank!! Reviewed on: 27th July 2020

Rude customer service with no knowledge

Got account frozen due to suspicious activity brought them all evidence what was required. Said they will look in to it and told it will take 24h to review , came back after 3days told me its gonna take another 24h came back exact same day then told me we are not dealing with fraud in branch nothing we can do and the woman who deals with our fraud case is gone to holiday.Week went by came back she told me they needed more information came next day brought back all required information. Bank account frozen 9th of June its 18July they are telling me they are reviewing the information . If you have TSB Bank Account just run from them if you will get any problems it will take forever to solve and none of them can provide with accurate answers one day say one thing the other something completely different keep telling lies and lies. Easy and sensible

Opened up a business account to get a bounce back loan. Efficient, seamless, painless and fee free for a fixed period. Decent product from an everyday company. The website/app are not intuitive to navigate and take a while to get used to. Reviewed on: 12th July 2020

Bullies

FRoze my account for transferring money to my own family because I wouldn’t say lol what my Nanna needed the money for absolutely disgusting I’m 5 months pregnant with no money and supposed to be isolating because of corona told by tsb go the bank whe it’s less busy absolutely diabolical bank stay well clear or change to another bank ASAP !!! the bank does not care about people

My Business bank account blocked by TSB without any notice. I have complained by email and go though TSB website. No one to handle it for 2 weeks. I got their call today. Their customer service was not willing to listening my complaint and shutting at me when I ask they put their words in writing. very bad experience. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020
