Easy (and free!) child's card

HyperJar makes managing my son's account really easy. I love being able to top up his card when needed during school trips and he's out and about with friends. If the card gets blocked (for example, after an incorrect password is entered a few times), it's only a soft block, and the payments will still go through (with a signature!), which is a nice reassurance for me. Ordering a replacement card and talking to the customer service online is fairly easy. We love the new shiny design of the cards as well! Reviewed on: 31st March 2025

Fantastic for a parent and child combo

I've had a great experience with HyperJar for my own and my child's accounts. HyperJar makes managing accounts within the family really easy - I wouldn't be without it! It takes literally seconds to top up my account and to transfer money to my child's card. At 11 years old, he loves shopping independently, and it wouldn't have been possible without HyperJar. Trustworthy bank, technology can be improved

I'm generally happy with my business account at TSB. I've experienced friendly customer service, the rates and correspondence have been good. What I'd like to see improved is the technology side of the internet banking. Since the updates to the website a few months ago, I've been having trouble with connecting my cloud bookkeeping solution to TSB. The link between the two keeps breaking, which means I often have to spend time to renew the connection. It worked fine for years in the past. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Easy to register and use
