Review of the TSB, Business Banking:

TSB Business - Dinosaurs of the banking world.

My family have had a business account with the TSB through it's various merges/evolutions since the 1970s. They recently informed us they were closing the account. It has never been overdrawn, plenty of money in it - No reason given or could be found by the person who took my call, there had been a review. There was no explanation nor would there be I was informed. Having had to look into other banking options we now realise just how poor TSB is and what we have been missing by staying loyal to a bank that has no loyalty to it's customers. Their App is boring, their online service is very poor, there is no option to download pdf statements, no paperless statements for TSB Business accounts! Forests of paper regularly pour through the letter box. They have been promising for years the service will shortly be available, still waiting. They are dinosaurs of the banking world and will no doubt disappear fairly shortly, pushed out by the new streamlined, efficient new kids on the block, one of whom I have just joined.
