Dissapointing at every turn

Honestly the most patronising, and unsupportive business bank i have ever dealt with. Dissapointing at every turn. If you run a small business and have any ambition, do not bank with TSB, their beaurocracy and structure is not set up in any way to emphathise abd support small business owners. Avoid at all costs! Fine when nothing goes wrong

Bank with massive fees for using everything

Don't join Tsb bank as it charging massive rates for absolutely everything! £6p/m for overdraft usage £5 a day for unplanned overdraft usage if you will keep spending you will be charged £10 a day ! Shocking ! Reviewed on: 6th February 2016

Good in general

Average

My business account moved over to TSB after the Lloyds sale. It was interesting to see lots of press about how TSB bank was going to be different, but I've seen limited change and while things generally work, this account feels average. Reviewed on: 5th June 2015
