A good app with instant selling options

The bank app itself is very unique to others; apart from the eco-friendly features, the fact that it gives you the option to sell your unwanted clothes, gadgets, shoes, etc and instantly get paid for it is really amazing. It saves you the hassle from selling online. However, while it additionally gives you the option to send money to other bank accounts, the only downsides are the fact that you need to pay a fee just to send money to other bank account, and that you'd reach a certain amount of money before cashing out. Nonetheless, it's a great mobile bank app, especially when you want to sell your unwanted clothes and shoes (and various others) without the hassle. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022

Easy to use app and customer service responses in good time. Receiving your parcel and item verification takes over 3 weeks due to the volume they receive. An extremely slow process and they do not accept worn/2nd hand clothing making them unsustainable. For these reason I am unsure if I would recommend Twig. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022

Converted from other 2nd hand market places

Twig offers a service that is different to other 2nd hand market places currently available where the re sale of pre-owned items is valued by Twig and potentially instant cash to spend on other things if the quality is acceptable once recieved by Twig. Shipping the goods to Twig is free for the user — so by using its service they essentially skip the hassle and risk associated with manually selling their stuff on a second hand marketplace which is a key reason why I've been converted to Twig. Twig's target users are younger however I can see people of all ages using Twig who are comfortable with using apps. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022
