When looking for a savings provider, competitive interest rates are very important, but equally genuine customer service when needed is critical. I can highly recommend UTB on both counts m, great rates and helpful service when needed. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Very good customer service

My wife and I opened a two year fixed cash ISA and found the process fairly painfree. There were one or two hitches in the opening process but we were impressed how quickly and efficiently our telephone queries were answered. Being somewhat older we like to have written confirmation of actions, particularly in my wife's case, and you kindly sent us an opening of account confirmation letter.
