Title for my review is Exceptional Customer Service: I find Vanquis extremely helpful, constantly updating their products and ensuring the customer receives a high standard of service, mobile reminders regarding payment is an excellent way of ensuring you keep on top of your statement. A card for people, simple!

A card for people, a simple thing to say, but not often these days that a business works with you and for you. Best example I think is the payment reminder sms that with a simple text message allows you to pay that months payment there and then. Simplicity itself! Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
