Vanquis provided me with a credit card 15 years ago...

Vanquis provided me with a credit card 15 years ago when my financial circumstances were unstable to say the least. I was able with Vanquis' help to manage the card responsibly and spent the next few years building up my credit score. Vanquis have great customer service and offer a lifeline to those who may be managing a tight budget month to month and are faced with an unexpected expense. As long as you can make repayments, preferably the balance every month, I highly recommend Vanquis. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024

Brilliant service.

When I joined Vanquis, my credit score wasn't good due to being abroad. They accepted me, even though I wasn't living at a permanent address. Sometimes I have missed payments, due to forgetting, but no issues. During COVID I think we all suffered financially, but Vanquis stood by me, unlike MBNA who reduced my limit, then when I settled the account, they closed my card. Keep up the good work Vanquis team.
