Vanquis Has Helped To Improve My Credit Rating

Whilst I had to accept a higher than normal interest rate when initially approved for the Vanquis credit card, this was expected due to my previous poor credit rating. If you use the card within the terms for a period of time, then your interest rate slowly gets dropped to a reasonable rate, so much so, that I have continued to use the card, even though I now have an excellent credit rating and am able to move away from Vanquis. This is mainly due to the ease of using their app, and the excellent customer service I have always received, including working with me to assist reducing my monthly payments during a period of redundancy. A dedicated Account Manager was appointed once my credit rating began to improve, which also included the ability to take a payment holiday during times of financial hardship. Vanquis is a good choice to help those with bad credit improve their credit rating. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024

I FIND THAT VANQUIS IS VERY FAIR IN ITS HANDLING OF MY ACCOUNT. HOWEVER MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THE WEB PAGE, AS I PUT IN MY DETAILS AND IT USUALLY ASKS ME TO KEEP REPEATING MY LOGIN DETAILS AND ALSO REJECTS MY PERSONAL CODES. IT DOES THIS MANY TIMES OVER. Trouble free since opening the account 4/5 years ago.

Trouble free since opening the account 4/5 years ago. Recently had a charge on my account which wasn’t mine and although I got passed around, put on hold and asked the same information three times, I am confident it was dealt with professionally. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024

Excellent customer service.
