Worst bank in UK

This is the worst bank in the uk I open a account on the 16-01-2020 then on the 19-01-2020 I get a email saying my bank accounts has been put on hold with out a reason they asked me to upload my ID through the link sent by ba.Direct I have been doing this from 19-01-2020 till 24-01-2020 then the retail sales team called me up to find if I have loaded my ID on the link I said yes they said ok we still don’t have it can you reply to the email from ba.direct and send my ID that way and I did then I get a email that I can’t send my ID that way and it will not be load to my account and I have to use the link if the staff members had a Half a brain they would let the department know what’s going on but it looks like they are to lazy to do this Reviewed on: 25th January 2020

Annoying!

Annoying! Log in to platform quite frustrating. I have lots of accounts with various banks, and none have such an annoying log in. First you have to remember sort code, then customer number, then password, and finally have to request and enter passcode sent to phone. I honestly think I would take a slightly lower rate next time, and go with a bank which uses an app and touch login Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Great way to invest your savings, feels very safe, help if you need it about any of there products, can always speak to someone's or do everything on line with no complications, I have found this very manageable and safe easy to follow the prompts the same as just travel Reviewed on: 16th October 2023

The worst experience ever

I have never experienced customer service this appalling. Virgin money transferred an isa into an account with another bank that had been closed. I have been attempting to get it back for two weeks. Call centre people are pleasant and try to help but the ISA team are unresponsive, inefficient, and uncommunicative. The complaints department are not interested in responding until your complaint has been lodged for 2 weeks. That’s a long time when they have lost your life savings.
