Annoying!

Annoying! Log in to platform quite frustrating. I have lots of accounts with various banks, and none have such an annoying log in. First you have to remember sort code, then customer number, then password, and finally have to request and enter passcode sent to phone. I honestly think I would take a slightly lower rate next time, and go with a bank which uses an app and touch login Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Brilliant app.

Brilliant app. My fixed savings account has matured but I am not deleting the app as I will definitely use again if they offer another product that’s useful to me, at a competitive rate, in future. Love the app.

Love the app. The smart saver pots are great for stashing money away from temptation, and the interest rates were very competitive at one stage. I will be opening an easy access ISA with Zopa in the new financial year. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
