The worst experience ever

I have never experienced customer service this appalling. Virgin money transferred an isa into an account with another bank that had been closed. I have been attempting to get it back for two weeks. Call centre people are pleasant and try to help but the ISA team are unresponsive, inefficient, and uncommunicative. The complaints department are not interested in responding until your complaint has been lodged for 2 weeks. That’s a long time when they have lost your life savings.
