Good cashback perk

Cashback perk can be very advantageous if used smartly. Email newsletter is good with offers and competitions. Managing through phone isn’t the easiest as some competitors - no app with iphone finger scan. Reviewed on: 19th November 2018

Purchase interest charges unfair

Being charged interest for a purchase transaction which hits the account on the same day as a payment to cover the purchase is unreasonable. Credit cards should not be operated in such a mercenary manner Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Quick, easy and great customer service

I have had no issues with Virgin through the years that I have been a customer. Good offers, not too many marketing emails, excellent customer service and a great website, haven't looked or tried an app so cannot comment on that but I am very happy with each element of the service provided and how they have dealt with me as a customer.
