Quick, easy and great customer service

I have had no issues with Virgin through the years that I have been a customer. Good offers, not too many marketing emails, excellent customer service and a great website, haven't looked or tried an app so cannot comment on that but I am very happy with each element of the service provided and how they have dealt with me as a customer. Great design choices for the cards as well :) Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
