Avoid Zempler bank.

I have been banking with Zempler for 2 years. Recently i received a payment from a client and subsequently received an email stating my account is temporarily restricted. They advised this is a routine check that can be resolved same day or within upto 72 hours. The time passed and i am yet to receive a response. They have not asked for any documentation or anything. I have been calling daily and receiving different answers, i have offered to provide invoices etc. They do not understand this has resulted on us loosing a valuable customer, delays on a project where we have to pay cancellation fees and as a business without a bank account to do further trade. We can not pay people or be paid. Net loss to date is approaching 50k and they think this is a joke where they can hold money just because they want to. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Avoid @Cashplus at all cost.

Avoid @Cashplus at all cost. Opened an account and then months later they block my account for 5 days for no reason returning all payments received in that time... customer service is non existent. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

When I started my small business Cashplus was recommended by a friend and they have been very helpful and supportive during the last five years and have made life so much easier than it could have been as a novice to the business of running your own business. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I am happy with the service.

I am happy with the service. I think the online banking services are good . The need for a fob that I have to carry with me to login is a bit of a hassle but so far has caused no real problems. If anybody asked for a reccommendation I would give one. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I have been treated very bad by Cashplus. Their customer service agent always drop the phone on you or cut your calls. Their manager Anthony refused to talk to me today 26th of March 2024. David the customer service adviser cut my calls. It is a very bad service. Cashplus do not deserve award at all. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
