Simple, modern and great customer service

This is the 3rd Loan I've had. Each time I've paid it off early with sound customer advice hence why they are my first port of call when I need a loan. Can't recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Straight forward no hassle

Applied for a loan, basically no nonsense or hassle all agreed in a timely fashion and no hold ups in transfers. Did not need it but have the feeling customer support would be active. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Fast, efficient, friendly, fantastic

I have a not so perfect credit score that usually gets me ignored by loan providers or offered crippling rates. Zopa were friendly, welcoming, upfront about all of their costs and then offered me a fantastic rate. Had the money within days. Unexpected

After seeing an advert while reviewing my Experian report I took a look into Zopas website. I was pleasantly surprised at not only how easy everything was but how cheap the loan was in comparison with my Halifax loan. I proceeded with the application and within a couple of days the money was in my account and I closed my Halifax loan. I not only shaved 12 months of my loan but I also saved approx £1500 in interest charges! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Fast loan
