Easy, quick, understandable

Very simple instructions. I liked that it would soft-search my credit files and give me an estimate without a hard search. The web interface is almost perfect and there have been zero problems. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Couldn't ask for any more

I have had two loans from Zopa on separate occasions and could not have found them any better to deal with. The customer service by email is prompt and clear, and when I had to talk with them about a more complex question they were polite, helpful and despite a resolution not being within their power, they suggested reasonable alternatives that did not involve more expense for me. The rates are reasonably competitive, but I would actually pay a slightly higher rate to know that the service would be of this quality and the staff would behave in an ethically sound manner. Easy peasy

I spent a few weeks looking for a personal loan with many of the usual companies offering extremely high APR's after speaking with a friend who has borrowed previously with ZOPA I decided to give them a try! Excellent efficient service

Really great service applied on the Thursday for the loan had an instant answer online then had the money in my bank on the Monday.
