Nice to be treated as more than just a credit score

I have a poor credit rating due to having a closed IVA on my credit file but having a Zopa credit card and connecting my bank account via open banking, allowed them to see past my credit score and in this day and age of being just a number and statistic it was nice to feel like I was treated as a human and given a second chance at credit having worked hard to put my finances back in shape, A very easy process with fair interest rates. Straightforward , responsive and reliable lender

My application process was straightforward, and I received a decision quickly. The terms were clearly explained, and the funds were released within the promised timeframe. Customer service has so far being responsive and helpful when I have questions. Overall, a reliable lender with transparent processes.
