Nice to be treated as more than just a credit score

I have a poor credit rating due to having a closed IVA on my credit file but having a Zopa credit card and connecting my bank account via open banking, allowed them to see past my credit score and in this day and age of being just a number and statistic it was nice to feel like I was treated as a human and given a second chance at credit having worked hard to put my finances back in shape, A very easy process with fair interest rates. I like the fact I am more than a credit score.

I like the fact I am more than a credit score. Having been in an IVA that was closed early I didn’t expect to be accepted for any products but have a savings account and credit card with Zopa and I think they are great. Really good APP too. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Fast and friendly

I was very impressed how quick and easy Mr Lender were to deal with. They lent to me when I found it difficult to obtain credit elsewhere due to my less than perfect credit score. Reviewed on: 12th April 2019
