Really positive experience! Never had to contact anyone for help so can’t comment on that, but everything is self explanatory. Really competitive rates, easy to use app and lots of options to personalise accounts and have different pots for organisation. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024

Very easy to use, very clear terms, and pays much better interest rates than any savings account I've had with an old fashioned bank. I can control everything from my phone including adding money from a linked account, withdrawing money to a linked account, and moving money between different savings pots within Zopa to make it easier to save for specific reasons.
