I’ve had a really positive experience with Zopa so far. The app is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes managing my savings and tracking interest straightforward. I especially like the competitive rates and the flexibility around pots and access options — it feels like you’re in control of your money without unnecessary complexity. Customer service has also been responsive whenever I’ve had questions, which builds confidence and trust. Overall, Zopa strikes a great balance between modern fintech convenience and reliability.
