Very poor customer service.

The financial product is as good as any other financial provider, however, their customer service is appalling. You get cut off or passed from person to person (no accountability) and a different response from every person you talk too. If you want service, I suggest you bank elsewhere. Excellent provider, easy to use App which contains all of the information needed to successfully manage your account. Easy to transfer or move funds between accounts, almost immediate updates, regular updates received from Zopa. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
