Very easy and everything is made clear.

Very easy and everything is made clear. Easy to sign up, terms and conditions and interest rates are all clear. Very easy to transfer money into and out of the account. Interest rates offered are OK, much better than normal banks and not different enough from other providers to make me start looking elsewhere. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Very easy to use, very clear terms, and pays much better interest rates than any savings account I've had with an old fashioned bank. I can control everything from my phone including adding money from a linked account, withdrawing money to a linked account, and moving money between different savings pots within Zopa to make it easier to save for specific reasons.
