Making saving simple

Accounts are very easy to setup and the app is well developed for a great user experience. The 7 and 31 day notice periods for the smart saver are particularly flexible features. Reviewed on: 26th February 2023

Quick and easy

I tried a few savings accounts but for some reason they made the process really difficult, when I used Zopa it was so quick and easy to transfer money across and the fact there isn’t withdrawal charges and penalties makes it very appealing. Good interest rates, easy to use

I set up a Zopa Smart Saver account as it gave the best interest rates at the time. Setting up an account was very easy. I have found navigating their app user friendly and like being able to allocate money to different pots with varying interested rates dependant on how long I might need to wait to draw the money out. Absolutely Terrible

Started out good but then first payment was rejected as was not from a verified bank account they know. This is stupid you should be able to pay from any account regards to if it’s been verified. Closed straightaway I think I’ll stick to a traditional account that is normal!! Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
