Very easy and helpful

Zopa give great savings rates, provide the ability to lock away your savings if you’re like me and tend to dip into them which really helps keep them in! You can also have different pots which is super useful when you’re budgeting for different things. Easy to use app and bank transfers. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Easy to use and simple set up

I find Zopa's online banking very easy to use and like that the statement can be accessed and downloaded simply and is updated instantly. Upon contacting Zopa I have received quick replies to my query and was resolved efficiently. The process to set up the account was straightforward and was completed quickly. A very simple Smart (App) savings account

A very decent interest for easy access. Easy to set up and understand. I needed the flexibility of an easy access account, due to a few projects which i may be doing. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

Easy and stress free experience

I am really impressed with Zopa and setting up my smart saver. Everything was easily explained, simple to follow and could access the saver straight away on the app. The app is amazing where you can clearly see/ control what money is coming in/out of your account. Sounds easy but other companies seem to struggle with this. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone else thinking of opening an account. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
