Thanks for not caring

Shame you can't give a 0 stars review. Absolutely stay away from this company. Loans are given out fast and easily but if you have any issues there customer services is scripted and uncaring and the terms and conditions are unethical. I was in a nasty vehicle accident, I went out of my way despite being in hospital injured to notify them I would have 0 income for 2+ months as I'd be on sick leave, for them to be the only company I've ever met who continues to default you and add arrears. Complains go nowhere and you get the response it's policy allot and you even get defaults if your on a payment plan so even when you go back to normal payments your never out of arrears. I have worked with other companies and I've never known a back handed view like this.. Ever. IF YOU FALL ON ANY HARD TIMES THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL. You'll spend most of your time stressed. Ill... Pay us..... Lost you job... Pay us.... Nearly died... Who cares pay us. I'm not exajerating this has been my experience since my accident dealing with this company. I applied for a loan put in the whole of my card details so they can clearly hack in to my account ! Or take money from me now and couldn’t offer me a loan but might able to in the future for a company that claims it’s good for bad credit I beg to differ ! Can’t give less otherwise I would.

Can’t give less otherwise I would. Continuous problems with this company, continuous mistakes on a weekly basis. Just been on their chat and the agent cut me off half way through a conversation with nothing solved. Avoid avoid avoid. They made mistakes on my account which was frozen while under investigation due to mistakes on there half and marked my credit file 3 times, even when I phoned there agents they advised me not to pay until the investigation was completed, (investigation was due to mistakes they had made) I won on both cases, I got compensation and the agreement of my credit file marking to be removed, still waiting for them to remove credit file marking 6 months later. Don’t use this company absolute cowboys. Worst credit card company I’ve ever used! Update on the issues I had with 118, they still haven’t done a thing. They said they contacted credit reference agency and could take 90 days to remove the missed payments I didn’t miss off my credit file. Dead line for 90 days was dec 14, 2023. It’s now 10th Jan 2024 and still nothing. I’ve asked for proof that they actually contacted CRA and nothing. I’ve given them till 31st Jan then legal action will start. When it becomes 5th Feb it’s been a year. Avoid avoid avoid. Biggest cowboys out there. Your safer taking a loan off loan Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

Fast and easy decision,

Funds available very quickly as I needed it desperately, easy monthly repayment by direct debit so no need to worry about missing payments, now I have options to borrow more if I incur any more unexpected expenses, and the payment will be less monthly than the first loan, so I give a positive rating. Excellent service

We needed a loan to purchase a new sofa last year, and this help massively. It didn’t leave a hard search on our credit file which is great, and loan was quickly transferred same day into our account. No issues, quickly done and in timely manner. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
