Can’t give less otherwise I would. Continuous problems with this company, continuous mistakes on a weekly basis. Just been on their chat and the agent cut me off half way through a conversation with nothing solved. Avoid avoid avoid. They made mistakes on my account which was frozen while under investigation due to mistakes on there half and marked my credit file 3 times, even when I phoned there agents they advised me not to pay until the investigation was completed, (investigation was due to mistakes they had made) I won on both cases, I got compensation and the agreement of my credit file marking to be removed, still waiting for them to remove credit file marking 6 months later. Don’t use this company absolute cowboys. Worst credit card company I’ve ever used! Update on the issues I had with 118, they still haven’t done a thing. They said they contacted credit reference agency and could take 90 days to remove the missed payments I didn’t miss off my credit file. Dead line for 90 days was dec 14, 2023. It’s now 10th Jan 2024 and still nothing. I’ve asked for proof that they actually contacted CRA and nothing. I’ve given them till 31st Jan then legal action will start. When it becomes 5th Feb it’s been a year. Avoid avoid avoid. Biggest cowboys out there. Your safer taking a loan off loan Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
