Just rubbish. Promise on the courtesy car is a joke

Just rubbish 3 weeks passed after the incident. No courtesy car being arranged and engineer is too busy to review the case. Nothing can be progressed without the engineer start reviewing the case. Customer service are helpful so far, try to help sending chaser everyday but no other option can offered to speed up the process. This insurance company is rubbish. Pls avoid. Admiral - a competitive deal is guaranteed.

I like to shop around every year for the best deal on all of my insurance policies. Admiral is the only company who provided me with a renewal quote that actually beat all the other quotes. Customer service is pretty good too. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

After a car accident that wasn’t my fault, Admiral were very helpful. In the end they were able to get the other party to admit guilt, but that says more about them. Perhaps Admiral could’ve chased up the local council more to track down the CCTV, but it’s hard to say Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
