Excellent service when car was a write off

When I crashed my car into a deer and it was a write off, admiral were fantastic! We had a bit of a rocky start because they were going to leave us at the side of the road at 11.30 at night but they did call a tow truck which came promptly. The next day, I called about getting a courtesy car and they found one from enterprise for me which I kept for 3 weeks. They kept me in the loop from start to finish and sadly, the car had to be written off but when it was, I received the insurance payment within a few hours and was able to start looking for another car straight away! I get to spend my earnings on other things too!

I had a small bump in December 2023 and to my surprise my insurance didn’t go up too much at all! It’s made a huge positive impact to my ability to save and spend my earnings elsewhere other than on car insurance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
