DO NOT BUY THIS TRAVEL INSURANCE!!!! It has been the worst experience I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. please be careful who you get your travel insurance from. My phone was stolen while in New York in July, I'm still waiting for the claim to go through and we are in September. The communication has been dreadful, the Customer service team have given all different excuses which never align which shows me they all need more training. Won’t pay even when you follow their guidelines.

Despite being left in a recommended secure spot as per their own guidance (boot of a locked car) they refused to pay out on goods when my car was broken into abroad. £2000 of personal belongings gone and they won’t even respond using their own system and within their own timeframes. Admiral annual travel policy

I buy an annual travel insurance policy with admiral and they are great. Most services can be done on the website, but if you need to call them they are always friendly and helpful, and you aren't kept waiting on hold for ages. Price is reasonable and the cover is good.
