Exceptional custoner sevice.

I applied for the platinum everyday cashback credit card recently after poor service and security with a well known supermarket Clubcard credit jcard .abd found them to completely the opposite ie they were extremely professional, efficicuent, helpful, and knowledgeable and the process, including pin, only took 5 days and my credit limit was 3 times as much! What really impressed me was the fact that they immediately followed this up with a detailed survey and their tight security process. Although their scope isn’t as extensive as other cards - so I have a backup card - they cover most larger retailers and services and said they’re exoandibg all the time. Amasing customer services & rewards your everyday spend

Amex have great products offering rewards for everyday spending with discount offers and excellent customer services. I’ve had first hand experience of credit card fraud and they resolved it swiftly and the process was very simple. The complete opposite of the level of customer service I get dealing with many other large financial institutions! Reviewed on: 27th May 2024

making the most of my spending

I love my AMEX card that gives me points on my day to day shopping, as well as many other things. As a Tesco shopper, it feels like I get extra for my household shop, not only do I save by using a clubcard but I then earn more points on my AMEX, which can go towards days out/breaks etc Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

My first credit card

After Amex approved to my eligibility, I have been using this card for just over a year. I love how the app is clear looking and easy to understand and manage my transactions. I didn’t find anything that I needed to complain throughout the year. Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Works for me !

Amex has been great so far (I signed up with the bonus cash back offer) & it’s going well. App is good & lets me track my spending as well as any cash back I generated. Amex offers are are also interesting & have used a few of those too Reviewed on: 11th June 2023

Great financial back up

My American Express credit card gives me great peace of mind to address any liquidity issues if needed due to the high credit limit. I don't use it a lot at the moment and made it a habit to pay it off straight away, so the high interest rates don't bother me. I see it more as a financial back up in case of emergency or if I have a bigger expenditure, for example for holidays, one month that I want to spread over a slightly longer period of time.
