Got your back...

I always feel protected using my AMEX to pay for things after raising disputes following questionable products/services provided. Full credit on to my statement given whilst they chase the merchant. On top of this, they give 1% cashback on all purchases (5% for the first three months). Cashback great, has been disability friendly so far for me

Has been great since opening a year ago, earn cashback on purchases which all helps. Has benefit offers, not many but quite good when they do. It is hard to find these offers though on website. Have recommended card to family members who have opened them too and been happy. Had a few places not accept american express but not many. Pay it off each month in full. Customer service has been good so far, when needed to contact them by email as disability doesnt allow me to phone. Reviewed on: 1st May 2019

British Airways Amex Card

Good Avios rewards programme. Easy to earn and quick to allocate to my Avios account. I have already taken several flights based on my spending. Their website is slow, but other than that very happy with service and rewards. Reviewed on: 16th April 2019

Exceptional custoner sevice.

I applied for the platinum everyday cashback credit card recently after poor service and security with a well known supermarket Clubcard credit jcard .abd found them to completely the opposite ie they were extremely professional, efficicuent, helpful, and knowledgeable and the process, including pin, only took 5 days and my credit limit was 3 times as much! What really impressed me was the fact that they immediately followed this up with a detailed survey and their tight security process. Although their scope isn’t as extensive as other cards - so I have a backup card - they cover most larger retailers and services and said they’re exoandibg all the time. AMEX Platinum Credit Card

Great cashback rewards but AMEX is still not accepted in a lot of places and contactless seems hit and miss compared to Mastercard or Visa. Good customer service. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018
