Standard product, slow service

The people at the bank were good and knew what they were doing but the people on the phone were clueless. It took about 7 phone calls to establish that they did in fact have all the info they needed. All smooth sailing after it was approved though. Reviewed on: 16th April 2019

Great everyday account

Good for cashback on household bills and pays decent interest if you have a healthy balance. Overall, I think I've been better off keeping this account than getting new customer bonuses moving around to loads of different banks. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

A good card but not accepted everywhere

I enjoy some cashback but it's really hit or miss whether places will accept an Amex card. Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Great customer service.

They helped me sort out my claim quickly and were always very friendly. It's nice that they are local to me too, and always have someone who speaks excellent English on the other end of the phone. Reviewed on: 29th August 2016

Better than no rewards.

You get a tiny percentage cashback which is better than nothing. Some places don't accept the card though. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2016
