The future of banking. App only, easy to setup and the new ‘pots’ feature is great, although standard with other app only banks like Starling. 4.35% interest on positive balances. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Amazing bank

Chase are great. App only and cashback galore! Linked savings account gives 4%+. Customer Service quick to respond. Time to ditch the high street banks, they’ve taken the public for granted for far too long. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I always feel protected using my AMEX to pay for things after raising disputes following questionable products/services provided. Full credit on to my statement given whilst they chase the merchant. On top of this, they give 1% cashback on all purchases (5% for the first three months). Cheap but beware

Full of little catches and admin fees, hopefully will never have to make a claim with them. If you go direct for a quote they then do not appear on comparison sites regardless whether they were cheaper or not. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019
