I am pretty unhappy regarding the benefits of using the American Express Card.

There are so many credit card companies in the market nowadays with better benefits than American Express. I feel they are not giving back to their customers in the way of point benefits like the other cards in the market. The only reason I use this card is because Costco uses this card. I have recently obtained a card which gives me 2 points per dollar spent and started using my American Express card a lot less. Reviewed on: 13th April 2015

The company overall is a joy to work with because they value their customers, all while offering experiences that are beyond what the normal credit card company offers.

I'm very pleased to be a customer of American Express. They're very professional on every level. They make transactions easy, and their website is convenient and easy to use.
