I love the way joli vets works I’ve used them once as my dog had a tick and the vet had a good look at it on web cam and directed me on how to remove it I was very impressed Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

They are always on the ball, keep me informed of all claims made by my vet. Pay the vet and myself quickly and no argument. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Worry free dog insurance

Easy to deal with when pet worries weigh heavy on your mind. Like the idea of the Portal where the vet fills in the forms, so less chance of getting the claim wrong Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

No quibble help at a very difficult time

5
When my much loved elderly cat Sparky became unwell with an eye condition, he had to have multiple tests and trips to specialist vets. Sparky was a very special cat as he saw me through the initial grieving period after the death of my little boy from cancer. During Sparky's illness, Animal Friends was there for me throughout, I never had to quibble about his vet bills or any of the claims I put in. Their staff were always really pleasant and empathetic on the phone, and this made a very difficult time much more manageable for me. Sparky has sadly passed away now. I miss him very much, but I knew that when my heart was ready for new furry friends, Animal Friends would be where I would come to insure them - and I did; my new kittens Magic and Moonlight are insured with them now. I didn't even bother to look elsewhere, as the service I had with Animal Friends was second to none. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

They don't rip me off

5
I've used animal friends for a few years and while I've not had to make a claim, unlike other insurance companies my renewal quotes are in line with quotes for new customers, and no dearer than other companies. It's nice to be able to renew without feeling ripped off, which is more than most other insurers. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023
