Paw-fect Pet insurance

An excellent pet insurance policy, I have remained with animal Friends as I have a senior dog and want to ensure I have the best cover for him should I need it and the policy offered by Animal Friends ticks all the boxes. I love getting updates along with the monthly newsletter offering care and advice for my dog. The premium is reasonably priced for the cover I receive, highly recommended. "Does what it says on the tin"

I have been using Animal Friends Pet Insurance for my dog for several years now. Fortunately I have not had any reason to make a claim on my insurance to this point but the cocer provided is second to none as well as having access to virtual veterinary advice via the Joli Pet app. This is invaluable because it provides free advice on many topics such as flea and tick treatment, grooming etc anmd several other other everyday pet ailments. I also receive quarterly emails from Animal Friends giving advice on a range of different topics - animal behavioural signs - for example. and an update on any new products which may have entered the animal market. I am very happy with animal friends and would have no hesitiation in recommending them to anyone looking for good pet insurance at a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

Great pet insurance you can trust

I have been with Animal friends for a few years now and found making claims and being reimbursed costs back to be simple and stress free. It is also good to know that they are supporting charities along the way to. Good communication throughout and excellent newsletters full of information and support for your pets. Reliable and great value

Full Marks

An accident left our cat with a crushed paw requiring expensive surgery & ongoing care. Animal Friends have made direct settlement of the bills from the veterinary hospital & our local vet quickly & without quibble. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

Took Away The Worry

When my elderly dog required diagnosis, treatment and then palliative care for a liver mass, the quick and simple claims process took away the worry of unaffordable bills. Providing end of life care for a pet that is a member of the family is a sad and stressful time, Animal Friends relieved that burden. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023
