These are a joke

Used my card for past 3 months paying outstanding balance in full made a payment for 20 pounds owed 150 with a 3000 credit limit come home to pay builder 1800 pound card declined 3 times called they told me card under review which I don’t know why I clear my balance every month and been under review past 2 weeks asked time frame there no time frame ask to raise complaint asked when am I getting a call said no time frame after 8 weeks I’m going to ombudsman I done nowt wrong soon has they sort this out I’m closing the account Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Card under review and no answers given

I took out a credit account back in November and used it a few times between December and January, used less than 60% of my credit limit and paid in full both months. Found out through declined transactions and live chat that my account is under review but no further info given. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

waste of time

I applied for the Asda credit card because of the offer of £20 on rewards. I was accepted as eligible but was unable to complete the application. After several attempts I gave up. Now getting emails saying “we said yes” and asking me to complete application but it says a problem with my mobile number. Rang customer service number and told no one can help with applications. No phone number or email address. Dead end. Waste of time. Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Racist

Please avoid this credit card provider. They are racist. They do not like Italians. I have done nothing wrong. My payments are on time and I have not gone over my limit. But They have blocked my account for nearly 3 months now without any reason. I have complained and they have just cancelled my complaint. They do what they want. They do not follow UK Consumer Credit guidelines. I have made a complaint about their unfair biased treatment of me to the financial ombudsman. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023

Applied for a Credit Card and was denied. No explanation and no way to contact anyone at all to question it.

I have an excellent credit rating and applied for the card with the offer of £20 cashback. Shocked when application was denied with no reason given. Unable to contact anyone at Asda to ask the question why and the last person I spoke to bluntly said there is no way to speak to anyone or even email them. Reviewed on: 9th January 2023

Can't use card, not impressed

Received card Fri and activated online, tried to use but kept being decline. Spoke to someone who said Microsoft had tried a test order so blocked my card. I don't know how as I've only had the card a day and not added to any online accounts. Now waiting for a new card to come, remains to be seen if it will work. Reviewed on: 8th January 2023
