INCREDIBLE

I have issues with contactless cards...my two banks happily changed mine to non contactless....BUT Creation(for ASDA) tell me they ONLY issue contactless !,....?? Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Avoid - very poor service

So difficult to communicate with anyone in the company if you have an issue. They have no people who work for the company who you can contact. It is only via emails and messages and you never get to resolve your issue. Reviewed on: 24th December 2018

Credit limit dropped to £200 - no warning!

One minute my credit limit was £5000, then it was dropped to £200 withouit warning. Because I was not using the card enough. I have an excellent credit rating, so very disappointed they would not budge on this. £200 is useless frankly! It is the lack of warning I object to most ! Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

We knew it was too good to be true.

For a monthly £3 charge it gives 2% cashback at Asda and 0.2% elsewhere. when it first started a few years ago it was 2% at Asda and 1% elsewhere, which we knew couldn't last - and it didn't.However it is still up there with the best of the cashback cards, especially for those who shop and buy petrol at Asda, which is cheap anyway. An ok Store credit card

If you shop in Asda like we do then this card is good, we get 1% cashback inside the store and 0.5% if used anywhere else, The cashback is paid in the form of vouchers for instore which I build up to use at Christmas time. Ok for us as we always shop in Asda Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Used and ignored

My hubby had a credit card with Asda, always paid it off. But their particular scheme was ending so we let the card vlose. As he hardly used it. Well, the online only account moved to Santander, then out of the blue a bill arrived sanding a large sum. Couldn't get online to view statements anymore, call centre unhelpful and now this random balance amount has moved to a company called Newday who don't answer their phones quickly, when they do they pass you from pillar to post and... Avoid, outsourced to Creation Finance

Applied for the Cashback Credit Plus Credit card, they sent wrong card out. No apologies, said I would have to re apply. Creation Finance who are used are not helpful. Abrupt. Not customer service orientated from my experience. Cancelled card as would not be happy dealing with the call centre from the 2 poor experiences I have had. Reviewed on: 10th July 2017

Would not choose again

I never liked this card. I thought I would get it as my local supermarket became an ASDA store when I moved house, but I was being charged interest every month when I should have been on a 0% offer, and the staff online and over the phone weren't very helpful with my issue.
