Atom Bank - Quite Simply a Breath of Fresh Air

Atom Bank are quite simply a breath of fresh air compared to my mainstream 'high street' bank. The Atom banking App is brilliant and so easy to use/navigate. Making transactions is extremely fast, secure and the communication is first class. I love everything about Atom Bank, including their great savings interest rates, which is what enticed me to use them in the first place, particularly after noticing their impressive 5 Star rating Trustpilot Reviews, which to be honest is pretty much unheard of for a bank! Banking with ATOM is a joy

I've been banking with Atom, using their savings accounts, for a few years now and am really impressed. So much so that my hubby and two children also now have accounts. The app is easy to understand and setting up accounts is straightforward. The language used is simple and friendly. I am kept up to date with any changes and notified when accounts are reaching their term, outlining the options available. I've had reason to reach out a couple of times and my calls have always been answered quickly and efficiently. I can't fault the service (which is a pity as I'm a stickler for good service and can usual find something to suggest to improve on) Reviewed on: 9th February 2025
