Exceptional customer service levels

Apart from interest rates on savings being very competitive, the levels of customer service are exceptional and seem to go above and beyond whenever I have had any questions. Very easy website to navigate with all the information literally at your finger tips, without have to go between numerous pages. The one thing which i particularly like is the ability on fixed rate accounts to inform you what the interest will be when paid. All in all over the two years or so I have been with Atom, I have converted not only family but friends to Atom, all of whom have asked the same question, 'why did we not sign up with Atom sooner'.
