what a disgrace joke Aviva zero customer service. Absolutely terrible online chat no human to answer on simple scratch on my car turn disaster. I hand my car with no light on dashboard and I receive the car light on dashboard. I called them back. They said never had right tool to reset and book me, Audi dealer still problem not fix and this is the repair companyat L & I Eaton (Dunfermline). It's seems like a fraud company

I send my NCD document few times however I received an email saying I did and is now cancelled. They are also charging me 56 for cancellations fee. Few weeks ago I send them the NCD document and received a email saying they have received the documents they required and now they saying they haven't I am very much confused right now... Terrible, hidden fees, STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible, Hidden Fees, really hard to get contact to them!!! Really upset with this company, I won't recommend and I will never use again!!! Loads of hidden fees, they cancel my insurance for a silly car modification which came which the car already and cancel my insurance for that. Also they charge a cancellation fee, which I didn't ask to cancel. Really hard to contact them, stay hours and hours waiting, always this automatic emails saying nothing and unhelpful. They cancel my insurance for no reason and charge me cancellation fee? USELEES company. Reviewed on: 26th June 2023

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Please avoid this company at all cost as you will regret not taking on board these reviews. I bought renewed my car and asked for my insurance to be changed over to the new car. This could not be done because the new car was not on their system. I therefore requeted for the policy to be cancelled from 17 April 23. We are now in June and I am still dealing with the back and forth emails from their incompetent CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM. The policy was never cancelled and the team is now asking if I would like the policy to be cancelled from 3rd June 23. Awful customer service. I'm now on day 35 since making my claim and I am ignored repeatedly. They just do not care and when you've had an accident you need someone to. Reviewed on: 12th May 2023

Worst customer service

Honestly I have never come across people who really hate their jobs as much as the customer service for Aviva zero. They sound depressed, don’t want to help and told me to cancel my policy as they don’t compete on renewal prices so it’s pointless ringing to ask and to go elsewhere. Reviewed on: 11th May 2023

Nightmare

I have Aviva zero. Have been driving for 14 years never made a claim. Have had to make my first ever claim and it has been very frustrating. Nothing is easy. Claim can only be made online. Only have an 'emergency number' and a live chat function which is very difficult to access. Claim made yesterday. I have spent 40min on the the emergency line and gave up. Was finally able to talk to someone after waiting 50min only for them to tell me that I have to wait for someone to contact me which can take 1-2 days. Meanwhile, my car is not drivable and they cannot help me until I am contacted. I feel that its a bit ridiculous to be waiting 1-2 days for someone to even reach out. The other side's insurance company called me within 2h of the accident. I have waited 24h, no one has contacted me. Currently waiting for live chat and the wait time is 89min. The insurance might be cheap but the headache isn't worth it. Reviewed on: 27th April 2023
