AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Please avoid this company at all cost as you will regret not taking on board these reviews. I bought renewed my car and asked for my insurance to be changed over to the new car. This could not be done because the new car was not on their system. I therefore requeted for the policy to be cancelled from 17 April 23. We are now in June and I am still dealing with the back and forth emails from their incompetent CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM. The policy was never cancelled and the team is now asking if I would like the policy to be cancelled from 3rd June 23. This company customer services is rubbish and would recommend you avoid using them. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2023
