Competitive & Renowned

Very competitive. Topped comparison reviews for ‘value for money’ with 2 of us on policy & offer money off for more than 1 policy/car. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Good insurance, reasonable price.

Not the absolute rock bottom price but easily as good as my previous policy and 25% cheaper than the renewal. Had resigned myself to a price increase (nothing ever goes down) but was irritated to find my renewal had risen so much when not even a phone call had been made between us. Having researched multiple companies I found this one just £5 more than last year, much more acceptable. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Simple

Insurance was simple to set us through a comparison site and went through very easily. Site layout and things to select/alter were well laid out. Insurer also were able to verify the no claims too without sending documents Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Last few years been great on renewal

3 years now I've stayed with Aviva. Very competitive on renewal. Also helpful when you ring them and wish to make any alterations to your level of cover. Not had a claim thankfully, but hopefully they are as good if the does worst happen! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Excellent experience

Had the misfortune of a car hitting me and writing off my car. The initial phone call was stressful with the agent not interested and not caring, eventually hanging up on me as he was finishing for the day (clearly the reason he didn't care). However I have overall rated Aviva highly as everyone I've dealt with through them thereafter have been fantastic - and one bad person shouldn't define the company. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Great customer service

Thankfully I havent had the need to claim yet, but having friends and family over from abroad we often had to add & remove drivers from one of our cars - always hassle free and friendly human to human service.
