Easy and efficient

Aviva’s service is quick, easy and efficient. Their online service makes things practical and as a member of the digital generation it is refreshing to have a product that is not stuck in the dark ages like many of my previous car insurance policies. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Start up and management

Aviva car insurance was a fairly easy process to set up and the service was very informative in that they would tell you exactly what would happen in the event of a claim and/or policy cancellation. I have enjoyed the user friendly app that is easy to read and navigate for those who are not use to Car Insurance electronically. Aviva Car Insurance allowes their customers to change details within the app with ease and and be done with a click of a button. However, prices could be better. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

No claims but renewal increase huge

Useless company

Been involved in an accident which wasn't my fault. Got a hire car from enterprise. Car is burning petrol almost twice as my car. Been on phone to enterprise/insurance all week to change it. Every time hearing, they are trying to. Started talking about a category is booked under. That car just now is nowhere efficient wise similar to my one. No very helpful, nobody can actually help to swap it. Will end up with no car for a good while. Ending to give away as can't afford to keep up on petrol. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
